线上标准化病人结合案例教学法在外科见习中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨标准化病人与案例教学法结合的线上教学模式在外科见习课程中的教学效果。方法选取本校临床医学专业需进行外科见习的本科学生288名,随机分为试验组(144名)和对照组(144名)。试验组采用标准化病人与案例教学法结合的线上教学模式,对照组采用传统见习教学模式。教学结束后,通过问卷调查和理论、技能考核的方法比较两组教学效果。结果试验组的学生对见习课程重要性、培养临床思维、患者配合度等方面的主观评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);近期教学效果评价及远期效果评价中,试验组学生理论知识成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生临床技能成绩略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准化病人与案例教学法结合的线上教学模式能提高学生理论成绩,并且能够培养学生临床思维,提高学生对见习课程的重视,满足特殊情况下见习教育需求,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of online teaching mode combining standardized patient and case-based learning in surgical probation courses.Methods A total of 288 undergraduate students who are required to undergo surgical probation in clinical medicine of our school were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(144)and a control group(144).The observation group adopts an online teaching model combining standardized patients and case-based learning,and the control group adopts a traditional probation teaching model.After the teaching,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared through questionnaire survey,theoretical and clinical skill assessment.Results The students in the observation group were better than the control group in their subjective evaluation of the importance of the apprentice course,the cultivation of clinical thinking,and the degree of patient cooperation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the short-term teaching effect evaluation and the long-term effect evaluation,the observation group students'theoretical knowledge scores are better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group students'clinical skills scores are slightly lower than the control group,but the difference is not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The online teaching mode that combines standardized patient and case-based learning can improve students'theoretical performance,cultivate students'clinical thinking,increase students'emphasis on probation courses,and meet the needs of probation education under special circumstances.It is worthy of promotion.
