摘要
目的探究课堂思政联合PDCA循环模式在临床专硕研究生实践教学中的效果。方法选取2017级24名临床专硕研究生作为对照组,采用传统实习带教模式,再选取2018级24名临床专硕研究生作为观察组,实施课程思政联合PDCA循环模式,比较两组考核成绩、满意度。结果观察组专硕研究生的考核成绩显著高于对照组,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组专硕研究生的教学满意度高于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床专硕研究生实践教学中应用课程思政联合PDCA循环模式,学生的考核成绩、满意度均显著提高,该教学模式值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of classroom ideology and politics combined with PDCA cycle model in the practice teaching of clinical postgraduate students.Methods 24 clinical graduate students of the class of 2017 were selected as the control group.The traditional internship and teaching mode was adopted,and then 24 clinical graduate students of the class of 2018 were selected as the observation group.The curriculum ideological and political with PDCA cycle mode was implemented to compare the assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The evaluation results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the practice teaching of clinical postgraduates,the application of curriculum ideological and political with PDCA cycle mode can significantly improve the students'assessment results and satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
