医学院校在临床专硕研究生教育中的角色探讨

The Role of Medical Colleges in Postgraduate Education of Clinical Medicine Degree

1993年,我国开始加快住院医师规范化培训建设步伐,各地开始了住院医师规范化培训的探索。2014年,教育部等六部门出台文件,要求自2015年起,所有新招收的临床医学硕士专业学位研究生,同时也是参加住院医师规范化培训的住院医师,其临床培养按照国家统一制定的住院医师规范化培训要求进行。临床医学硕士专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨以来,临床医学硕士研究生教育的重心向住院医师规范化培训工作倾斜。研究生教育内容从以教学科研为中心过渡到以住院医师规范化培训与教学科研并重,从单一的高校教育转变为高校与医院同时进行的教育方式。医学院校在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育中的角色发生了变化,对高校的研究生教育工作提出了新的挑战和问题。作为医学院校,为更好的做好临床医学专业学位研究生教育工作,充分发挥医学院校在研究生教育中的作用,本文通过分析医学院校在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育中面临的挑战和问题,对高校的角色进行了叙述,就如何做好新形势下的研究生教育工作进行了探讨,为高校进一步做好研究生教育工作提供了依据。

In 1993,China began to speed up the pace of standardized training of resident doctors,and began to explore standardized training of resident doctors.In 2014,the Ministry of Education and other six departments issued documents requiring all newly enrolled graduate students with master's degree in clinical medicine from 2015,as well as resident doctors who participated in standardized training for resident doctors.It’s clinical training according to the national unified resident standardized training requirements.Since the work of“double-track integration”for postgraduate students with professional degree in clinical medicine and the standardized training for resident doctors,the focus of graduate education has been inclined to the standardized training for resident doctors.The content of graduate education has changed from teaching and scientific research as the center to resident standardized training and teaching and scientific research,from a single university education to a simultaneous education mode between universities and hospitals.The role of medical colleges in graduate education of master degree in clinical medicine has changed,which puts forward new challenges and problems to the work of graduate education in colleges and universities.As a medical college,in order to do a better job of graduate education in clinical medicine and give full play to the role of medical colleges in graduate education,the paper discusses the role of colleges and universities by analyzing the challenges and problems faced by medical colleges in graduate education of master's degree in clinical medicine,describes the role of colleges and universities and discusses how to do a good job in graduate education.
