摘要 目的探讨早期干预管理模式对高危儿身心发育的影响。方法选取我院2017年1—12月筛查出的高危儿148例,随机分为两组各74例,对照组给予常规喂养与早期干预指导,观察组实施系统化的医院—家庭联合早期干预管理模式,对比两组12个月、24个月体格与智能发育状况。结果观察组12个月体质量高于对照组(P<0.05),24个月体质量与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组12个月、24个月身长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组12个月、24个月Gesell量表各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组12个月、24个月DQ正常率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统化的医院—家庭联合早期干预管理模式能够有效促进高危儿体格与神经行为的正常发育,改善患儿预后。 Objective To investigate the effect of early intervention management model on physical and mental development in high-risk infants.Methods A total of 148 high-risk infants in our hospital from Jan 2017 to Dec 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly(74 cases each group),the control group was given routine feeding and early intervention guidance,the observation group implemented a systematic hospital family joint early intervention management model,physical and mental development at 12 months and 24 months were compared between the two groups.Results Body mass at 12 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in body mass at 24 months between observation group and control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in body length between the two groups at 12 months and 24 months(P>0.05);the gesell scale scores at 12 months and 24 months in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the normal DQ rate of the observation group at 12 months and 24 months was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic hospital family joint early intervention management model can effectively promote the normal development of physical and neurological behavior of high-risk infants,and improve the prognosis of infants.
