微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative Effect of Small Single-port Thoracoscopy in the Treatment of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

目的探究微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的治疗效果与临床应用价值。方法选取2016年5月—2020年5月我院30例自发性气胸患者,根据治疗方案的不同,将其分为以下2个小组。对照组15例:实施传统单操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗;试验组15例:开展微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗;比对不同治疗方案对自发性气胸疾病的基本手术信息、疼痛评分、术后不良反应发生率以及日常生活质量方面的评分情况。结果两组在手术操作时间、胸引管保留时间以及在院治疗时间方面比对,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后机体疼痛评分低于对照组,相互比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后不良反应发生率0低于对照组26.66%,相互比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在躯体疼痛、活力、情绪角色、心理状态评分方面高于对照组,相互比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对自发性气胸患者实施微小单操作孔胸腔镜治疗效果显著,而且切口更小,对机体产生损伤也小,术后机体疼痛程度轻,进一步促进疾病好转,更对患者的日常生活质量有一定改善作用,符合临床治疗效果,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and clinical application value of small single-port thoracoscopy in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods Select 30 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax from May 2016 to May 2020 in our hospital,and divide them into the following 2 groups according to different treatment plans.15 cases in the control group:performing traditional single-port thoracoscopic surgery;15 cases in the experimental group:performing small single-port thoracoscopic treatment;comparing the basic surgical information,pain scores,and postoperative adverse effects of different treatment options for spontaneous pneumothorax.The incidence of reaction and the scoring of the quality of daily life.Results There was no difference between the two groups in terms of operation time,retention time of chest catheter and treatment time in hospital,(P>0.05).The postoperative body pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and compared with each other,there were differences(P<0.05).The postoperative adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was 0 lower than that of the control group 26.66%,compared with each other,there was a difference(P<0.05).The experimental group was higher than the control group in terms of physical pain,vitality,emotional role,and mental state scores.Compared with each other,there were differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of small single-port thoracoscopic treatment for patients with spontaneous pneumothorax is significant,and the incision is smaller,the damage to the body is less,the body pain is less after the operation,and the disease is further improved,and it is also beneficial to the quality of daily life of the patient.It has a certain improvement effect,is in line with the clinical treatment effect,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
