糖皮质激素联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined With Theophylline on Senile Asthma

目的探讨对老年哮喘患者行小剂量糖皮质激素吸入结合小剂量茶碱治疗的效果。方法在2017年10月—2019年10月期间来我院就诊的老年哮喘患者中选取54例,依照抽签法分组,各27例。对参照组行小剂量糖皮质激素吸入治疗,对试验组行小剂量糖皮质激素吸入结合小剂量茶碱治疗。计算2组不同时间段FEV1值、不良反应以及临床效果。结果试验组临床效果为96.30%(26/27),参照组是70.37%(19/27),对比后发现试验组的临床效果更好(χ^(2)=6.5333;P=0.0105);试验组老年哮喘患者的不良反应发生率(11.11%)低于参照组(18.52%),但经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前以及治疗后第2周和第4周,试验组老年哮喘患者的FEV1值(1.68±0.72)L、(1.72±0.47)L、(1.87±1.66)L和参照组(1.63±0.75)L、(1.64±0.34)L、(1.79±1.61)L数据结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第2周、第4周、第8周,试验组老年哮喘患者的FEV1值(2.76±0.56)L高于参照组(2.12±0.45)L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年哮喘患者行小剂量糖皮质激素吸入结合小剂量茶碱治疗,肺功能得到明显改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose glucocorticoid inhalation combined with low-dose theophylline in elderly patients with asthma.Methods 54 elderly patients with asthma who came to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into 27 cases by lottery.The control group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid inhalation,while the experimental group was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid inhalation combined with low-dose theophylline.FEV1 values,adverse reactions and clinical effects were calculated for the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was 96.30%(26/27),and the reference group was 70.37%(19/27).After comparison,it was found that the clinical effect of the experimental group was better(χ^(2)=6.5333;P=0.0105);the incidence of adverse reactions(11.11%)was lower than that of the reference group(18.52%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)after comparison;before treatment and at the 2nd and 4th weeks after treatment,FEV1 in elderly asthmatic patients in the experimental group.There is no difference between the values(1.68±0.72)L,(1.72±0.47)L,(1.87±1.66)L and the reference group(1.63±0.75)L,(1.64±0.34)L,(1.79±1.61)L,and there is no statistical difference(P>0.05),the second after treatment Weeks,4th,and 8th weeks,the FEV1 value of elderly asthmatic patients in the experimental group(2.76±0.56)L was higher than that of the reference group(2.12±0.45)L,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The lung function of elderly asthmatic patients was significantly improved by inhalation of small dose of glucocorticoid combined with small dose of theophylline.
