摘要
搭建了以压缩气体为工质用于有机朗肯循环余热回收系统的自由活塞膨胀机—直线发电机(free piston expander-linear generator,FPE-LG),针对直流旋转电机负载和电阻负载,对FPE-LG多负载特性进行研究。研究结果表明:FPE-LG活塞组件的位移和速度随进气压力、负载电阻和膨胀时间的增加而增加;FPE-LG峰值输出电压随负载电阻和进气压力的增加而增加,随膨胀时间的增加而减小,峰值输出电压最大值为20.9 V;FPE-LG在直流旋转电机负载上突加电阻负载时,随着负载电阻的增大,FPE-LG输出电压、输出功率和输出效率变化幅度较大,输出功率最大值为23.5 W,输出效率最大值为71%。
A free piston expander-linear generator(FPE-LG)is built using compressed gas as a working medium for the organic Rankine cycle waste heat recovery system.For DC rotating motor load and resistance load,the FPE-LG multi-load characteristics are studied.The research results show that the displacement and speed of the FPE-LG piston assembly increase with the increase of intake pressure,load resistance and expansion time;FPE-LG peak output voltage increases with the increase of load resistance and intake pressure,and decreases with the increase of expansion time,the maximum value of peak output voltage is 20.9 V;when FPE-LG suddenly adds resistive load to the DC rotating motor load,the FPE-LG output voltage,output power and output efficiency change greatly as the load resistance increases,the maximum output power is 23.5 W,and the maximum output efficiency is 71%.
