《财富》世界500强企业排行榜已连续发布27年。世界500强排行榜中,中国上榜企业数量已连续增长9年,并连续三年超过美国,成为全球第一。近几年全球能源行业企业上榜数量不断减少,2015年最高时有101家企业进入世界500强企业榜单,到2021年能源行业企业仅剩65家。受新冠疫情、原油价格大幅波动、全球经济下行等多重因素影响,全球能源行业企业业绩大幅下降,炼油类和能源(综合)类企业业绩受影响最大,大部分企业出现亏损情况。受业绩下滑影响,多数能源行业企业排名下降,而在25家排名上升的能源行业企业中,中国企业占到一半以上。中国能源行业企业上榜数量与全球能源行业企业变化趋势基本相同,但整体业绩上行。中国是世界上最大的能源生产和消费国,在全球能源行业头部企业业绩不断下滑的大背景下,中国能源企业也需早做准备,优化资产配置,及时考虑战略转型,增强自身竞争力。同时,应深刻认识并积极适应能源革命或转型的大趋势,按照碳达峰、碳中和目标要求,谋划企业的转型及清洁化发展,并全面纳入企业发展战略。

The Fortune Global 500 has been published consecutively for 27 years. The number of Chinese companies on the list has increased for 9 consecutive years,and China has surpassed the United States in the number of listed companies for three consecutive years,becoming the first in the world.In recent years,the number of energy companies in the Fortune Global 500 has been declining.With a peak of 101 energy companies on the 2015 list,only 65 energy companies are left on the 2021 list.Affected by multiple factors including the Covid-19,the sharp fluctuations in crude oil prices and the global economic downturn,the performance of global energy companies has fallen significantly.The performance of oil refining and energy com-panies was most affected,and most of them suffered losses.As a result of performance decline,most energy companies have fallen in the rankings,while Chinese energy companies accounted for more than half of the25 energy companies that have risen in the rankings.The change in the number of listed Chinese energy companies is basically the same as that in the number of listed global energy companies,but the performance of Chinese energy companies is going upward as a whole.China is the largest energy producer and consumer in the world.During the performance decline of the world ′s leading energy companies,Chinese energy companies need to prepare in advance,optimize asset allocation and timely consider strategic transformation to enhance their competitiveness.At the same time,Chinese energy companies should deeply understand and actively adapt to the general trend of energy revolution or transformation,plan the transformation and clean development of the companies in accordance with the requirements of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking targets,and fully integrate it into the development strategy of the companies.
