摘要
化学驱注入介质易造成井下分注工具易腐蚀结垢问题,年测试次数由4次增加到6次,导致测试队伍年测试工作量提高50%。为此开展聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)两种防腐防垢材料在不同浓度强碱溶液环境中的腐蚀结垢实验,优选最佳材料。利用高精度电子天平、测厚仪和扫描电镜对实验前后聚醚醚酮和聚四氟乙烯涂层样块的质量、涂层厚度、防垢率和微观结构进行对比。实验结果显示,实验前后聚醚醚酮材料的质量、涂层厚度、防垢率和微观结构几乎没有发生改变。利用聚醚醚酮材料加工了分注工具样品,开展了现场防腐防垢性能检验试验,六个月后分注工具样品表面没有明显结垢现象,年测试次数由6次减少到2次。研究表明,聚醚醚酮材料具有较好防腐防垢性能,能满足化学驱条件下分注工具防腐防垢性能需要,延长了分注工具井下使用寿命,保证了化学驱的顺利实施。
Aiming at the problem of corrosion and scaling of downhole tools for separate injection caused by injection medium in chemical flooding,the annual test times increased from 4 to 6 resulting in an increase of 50% of the annual test workload of the test team.The corrosion and scaling experiments of polyether ether ketone(PEEK) and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) anti-corrosion and anti-scaling materials in strong alkali solution environment with different concentrations were carried out to optimize the best one.The quality,coating thickness,anti-scaling rate and microstructure of PEEK and PTFE coating samples before and after the experiment were compared by high-precision electronic balance,thickness gauge and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the quality,coating thickness,anti-scaling rate and microstructure of PEEK materials have hardly changed after the experiment.The separate injection tool samples were processed with PEEK material,and the on-site performance test on corrosion control and scale inhibition was carried out.After six months,there was no obvious scaling on the surface of the separate injection tool samples,and the annual test times reduced from 6 to 2.The research shows that PEEK material has good performance on corrosion control and scale inhibition,can meet the needs of corresponding performance of separate injection tools in chemical flooding,prolong the downhole service life of the separate injection tools and ensure the smooth implementation of chemical flooding.
