团体标准促进特检机构科技成果转化

Group Standards Promote the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institutions

团体标准因其具有制定周期短、内容覆盖广、应用范围宽、成果见效快等特征,在科技成果转化过程中发挥重要作用。为开展团体标准在特检机构科技成果转化中的应用研究,分析了团体标准的优点、团体标准在特检机构科技成果转化中的应用形式,并以两项团体标准为例,解读了团体标准如何促进特检机构“仪器产品类”“工艺方法类”科技成果的转化与应用。

The group standard plays an important role in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements because of its characteristics of short formulation cycle,wide coverage,wide application range and quick effect.In order to study the application of group standards in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of special equipment inspection and testing institutions,the advantages of group standards and the application forms of group standards in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of special equipment inspection and testing institutions are analyzed,taking two group standards as examples,this paper explains how the group standards promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements of"instrument product category"and"process method category"in special equipment inspection and testing institutions.
