健脾解毒方加减对结直肠癌患者临床症状、肠道菌群与T淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响

Effects of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on Clinical Symptoms,Intestinal Flora and T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的分析健脾解毒方加减对结直肠癌患者临床症状、肠道菌群与T淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响。方法随机选取医院2019年1月-2019年12月来院接受手术治疗的结直肠癌(脾虚征)患者150例,计算机随机数字法将其分成对照组与观察组,每组75例。对照组术后接受常规化疗治疗,观察组患者接受健脾解毒方加减治疗。比较两组患者临床症状、肠道菌群、T淋巴细胞亚群变化和不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者主症及次症评分差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后降低(P<0.05);观察组患者肢体倦态、盗汗、纳呆、短气、腹胀、肠鸣评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌水平差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌降低(P<0.05),大肠杆菌增加(P<0.05);观察组患者双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌低于对照组(P<0.05),大肠杆菌水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+增加(P<0.05),CD8+降低(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾解毒方加减能改善结直肠癌患者临床症状,提升免疫功能,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Jianpi Jiedu Decoction on clinical symptoms,intestinal flora and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 150 patients with colorectal cancer of spleen deficiency syndrome in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by computer,each with 75 cases.Control group received routine chemotherapy,while observation group received Jianpi Jiedu Decoction.Then the clinical symptoms,intestinal flora,T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms including limb fatigue,night sweats,anorexia,shortness of breath,abdominal distension and bowel sounds had no significant difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05),which were decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).Levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli had no significant difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was a decrease in Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,and also an increase in Escherichia coli(P<0.05),moreover,both changes were more significant in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+had no significant difference between groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was an increase in CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+,and also a decrease in CD8+(P<0.05),meanwhile,observation group had higher values of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+and lower value of CD8+than those of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Jiedu Decoction can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms and improve the immune function for patients with colorectal cancer,which is worthy of recommendation.
