功能性消化不良患者应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片的效果分析

Effect of Flupentixol melitracen combined with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in patients with functional dyspepsia

目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片应用在功能性消化不良患者的效果。方法纳入2017年4月-2019年4月在本院治疗的功能性消化不良患者98例,将患者平均分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组进行枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行氟哌噻吨美利曲联合治疗,对比两组患者治疗后症状改善情况、胃固体排空时间及负性情绪改善情况。结果研究组患者腹胀、上腹灼伤、嗳气、胃脘痛及饱胀不适等症状改善优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者胃固体排空时间与对照组,无统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者焦虑、抑郁负性情绪改善情况优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片应用在功能性消化不良患者中显著改善患者治疗过程中的不良症状,缓解负性情绪,促进消化功能的快速康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupentixol melitracen combined with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets in patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,98 patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled.The patients were divided into control group and study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,and the study group was treated with Flupentixol Melitracide,the improvement of symptoms,gastric solid emptying time and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of abdominal distension,upper abdominal burns,belching,epigastric pain and fullness discomfort in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the gastric solid emptying time of the study group was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of anxiety and depression in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,flupentixomil and Mosapride Citrate Dispersible tablets were used in patients with functional dyspepsia to significantly improve the adverse symptoms,relieve negative emotions and promote the rapid recovery of digestive function.
