血清caspase及RDW水平与一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者病情严重程度的相关性

Correlation between Serum Caspase and RDW Levels and the Severity of Delayed Encephalopathy after Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

目的探讨血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶(caspase)及红细胞分布宽度(RDW)水平与一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2016年1月-2019年12月焦作市第二人民医院急诊科收治的60例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者作为研究组,根据入院时意识状态及格拉斯哥评分将其分为轻度、中度、重度三组;同期选取20例于我院体检的健康人群作为对照组。分别抽取各组静脉血,比较各组间血清caspase、RDW水平;采用Pearson相关分析血清caspase、RDW水平与患者病情严重程度关系。结果研究组血清caspase阳性水平高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清caspase阳性水平高于轻度、中度组(P<0.05)。研究组血清RDW水平高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清RDW水平高于轻度、中度组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关分析结果显示,血清caspase、RDW水平与一氧化碳重度迟发性脑病患者病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者血清caspase、RDW水平高于正常人群,且caspase、RDW水平与病情严重程度呈正相关,可作为临床中判断神经损伤程度指标。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum caspase and red blood cell distribution width(RDW)levels and the severity of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning.Methods 60 patients with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning treated in Second People′s Hospital of Jiaozuo from January 2016 to December 2019 were enrolled as study group,and divided into three subgroups according to Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score,mild group,moderate group and severe group,meanwhile,another 20 healthy individuals were set as control group.Serum caspase and RDW levels were compared between groups,then the correlation between serum caspase and RDW levels and the severity of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning was verified.Results The positive level of serum caspase in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The positive level of serum caspase in severe group was higher than that in mild and moderate groups(P<0.05).The level of serum RDW in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);level of serum RDW in severe group was higher than that in mild and moderate groups(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum caspase and RDW levels were positively correlated with the severity of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning.
