HRCT在肺弥漫性疾病诊断中的应用价值

The application value of HRCT in the diagnosis of pulmonary diffuse disease

目的研究高分辨率CT(HRCT)对肺弥漫性疾病的检出率及应用价值。方法选取我院肺弥漫性疾病患者97例(2019年2月-2020年2月),均行HRCT检查、普通CT检查,比较二者对肺弥漫性疾病的诊断征象、类型检出率(肺纤维化、间质性肺水肿、小叶肺气肿、支气管肺炎),并分析影像学特征、对比阅片满意度(边缘、病灶密度、伪影、形态)。结果HRCT检查对肺弥漫性疾病的诊断征象检出率高于普通CT检查(P<0.05);HRCT检查肺弥漫性疾病对肺纤维化、小叶肺气肿检出率88.37%、90.48%高于普通CT检查58.14%、57.14%(P<0.05);HRCT检查对肺弥漫性疾病边缘、病灶密度、伪影、形态等阅片满意度88.66%、90.72%、94.85%、91.75%高于普通CT检查76.29%、74.23%、73.20%、70.10%(P<0.05)。结论HRCT检查肺弥漫性疾病对诊断征象、类型检出率均较高,能准确显示病灶影像学特征,提高阅片满意度,为临床诊断提供详细影像学信息,具有重要应用价值。

Objective To study the detection rate and application value of high resolution CT(HRCT)in pulmonary diffuse diseases.Methods Select our hospital,97 cases of patients with diffuse lung disease(February 2019 to February 2020),HRCT in check,the common CT examination,compare the two signs,type detection rate to the diagnosis of diffuse lung disease,pulmonary fibrosis,interstitial edema,centrilobular emphysema,bronchial pneumonia),and analyze the imaging characteristics,compare the reader satisfaction(edge),the density of lesions,artifacts,and form.Results HRCT showed a higher diagnostic rate of diffuse lung disease than conventional CT(P<0.05).HRCT showed that the detection rate of pulmonary fibrosis and lobular emphysema was 88.37%and 90.48%respectively,higher than that of 58.14%and 57.14%(P<0.05).HRCT showed 88.66%,90.72%,94.85%,91.75%satisfaction with pulmonary diffuse disease edge,lesion density,pseudomorphism,etc.,which was higher than that of conventional CT examination(76.29%,74.23%,73.20%,70.10%).Conclusion HRCT examination of diffuse lung disease has a high detection rate of diagnostic signs and types,can accurately display the imaging characteristics of lesions,improve the satisfaction of reading,provide detailed imaging information for clinical diagnosis,and has an important application value.
