机坪扩建工程不停航施工管理探究

Research on Non-suspended Air Construction Management of Apron Expansion Project

为了探究运输机场不停航施工中质量和安全管理,结合华东某机场机坪扩建不停航施工过程中的特点并针对该机场存在的险源应用风险评估矩阵进行风险评价。该机场施工的风险点主要为净空、用电等方面,评估结果为主要的风险点不会影响施工安全。根据评估结果制定应急预案,避免不停航过程中不安全事件发生。

To explore transport airport in quality and safety management of non-suspended air construction,this paper takes an airport apron in east China about non-suspended air construction process characteristics and uses the risk matrix evaluation to assess risk sources of the existence.Main risk points of non-suspended air construction are aerodrome obstacle free space and electricity.Nonsuspended air construction can’t be affected by these risk points.According to the evaluation results,emergency plan shall be formulated to avoid unsafe events in the process of non-suspended air construction.
