摘要
目的:分析太极拳野马分鬃和北欧式健走两种步态的右侧下肢肌肉的表面肌电特征,了解两种步态的下肢肌肉的激活差异。方法:运用Qualisys系统与DELSYS肌电采集系统,采集16位测试者两种步态下肢小腿的表面肌电信号,结合MATLAB程序处理肌电信号的时域和频域参数。结果:北欧健步走腓肠肌内侧的积分肌电值和均方根显著高于野马分鬃(P<0.01);野马分鬃胫骨前肌的积分肌电(P<0.05)和均方根(P<0.01)显著高于北欧健步。北欧式健走腓肠肌内侧和外侧共激活比和腓肠肌外侧和胫骨前肌的共收缩指数(P<0.05)均显著大于野马分鬃(P<0.01)。北欧健步走的腓肠肌内侧的平均功率频率显著高于太极拳野马分鬃(P<0.01),野马分鬃胫骨前肌的平均功率频率显著高于北欧式健走(P<0.01)。结论:两种步态的差异性可能与步态中踝关节的屈伸、外翻和内翻的差异有关。
Objective:To analyze the surface EMG characteristics of the EMG of the lower limb muscles in the 24-styled Taiji wild horse splitting and the Nordic walking gait,and to understand the activity characteristics of the right lower limb muscles.Methods:Qualisys system and DELSYS EMG acquisition system were used to collect the surface EMG signals of lower limbs and legs of 16 subjects with two gait patterns,and the time-domain and frequency-domain parameters of EMG signals were processed with MATLAB program.Results:The integrated EMG values and rms quare values(P<0.01)of the medial gastrocnemius muscle in a single cycle for both gaits;The integrated EMG values(P<0.05)and root mean square values(P<0.01)of the tibialis anterior muscle.Mean power frequencies of medial gastrocnemius and anterior tibial muscles for both gaits(P<0.01).Conclusion:The variability of the time-domain characteristics of the two gaits may be related to the differences in ankle flexion and extension and external and internal rotation in the gait;frequency domain characteristics:the MPF of the medial gastrocnemius muscle was greater than that of the tibialis anterior muscle in Nordic walking,while the MPF of the tibialis anterior muscle in Nordic walking was greater than that of Nordic walking.
