新时代我国体育公共服务的高质量发展研究

Research on the High Quality Development of China's Sports Public Service in the New Era

对新时代我国体育公共服务高质量发展的研究,旨在满足人民群众对于体育公共服务的多元化需求。该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国体育公共服务现阶段发展状况进行分析。研究发现,体育公共服务过多依赖政府部门;产品供给质量不高;供给主体结构单一;政策支持与法制保障还需进一步加强。同时,我国体育公共服务发展不平衡不充分的影响因素包括供给总量不充分、空间结构发展不平衡、信息传播渠道不完善、群众高层次体育需求得不到充分满足、管理体制机制不健全等。研究认为,要改革创新体育公共服务的管理体制;拓宽投入渠道,提供群众需要的体育公共服务;构建多元主体协同参与的体育公共服务供给模式;推进区域协同、城乡一体化发展;构建共建、共享的体育公共信息服务平台,实现新时代体育公共服务的高质量发展。

The research on the high-quality development of China's sports public service in the new era aims to meet the diversified needs of the people for sports public service.This paper analyzes the current development of sports public service in China by means of literature and logical analysis.It is found that:Sports public service relies too much on government departments;Product supply quality is not high;The main structure of supply is single;Policy support and legal guarantee need to be further strengthened.At the same time,the influencing factors of the unbalanced and insufficient development of sports public service in China are as follows:The total supply is insuf‐ficient;Unbalanced development of spatial structure;Imperfect information dissemination channels;People's high level sports needs are not fully met;Imperfect management system and mechanism,etc.The research holds that we should reform and innovate the management system of sports public service;Broaden investment channels and provide sports public services needed by the masses;Construct the supply mode of sports public service with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects;Promote regional coordination and urban-rural integration;Build a jointly built and shared sports public information service platform to realize the high-quality development of sports public services in the new era.
