摘要
为了提高幼儿参与体育锻炼的积极性,提升幼儿身体综合素质,开展幼儿体育锻炼习惯养成的家庭教育策略研究,从抽象性与倾向性2个方面,对幼儿体育锻炼行为习惯养成的基本特点进行分析。在此基础上,采用在地方幼儿教育机构内进行问卷调查与专项访谈的方式,掌握家长对幼儿体育的认知及幼儿体育锻炼习惯培养现状。以此为依据,在地区开办家长指导咨询中心,为幼儿家长提供一个教育咨询区域,实现对幼儿家长教育理念的更新。同时,创新多元幼儿体育户外锻炼活动,根据幼儿年龄的增长,不断修改体育锻炼活动的规则,提高锻炼的难度,使幼儿在活动中亲近自然、感悟自然的同时,确保教育的内容可以满足幼儿身心发展的需要。
In order to improve children’s enthusiasm to participate in physical exercises and improve their comprehensive physical fitness, the study of family education strategies for the development of children’s physical exercise habits is carried out. In this paper, the basic characteristics of the development of children’s physical exercise habits are carried out from the two aspects of abstraction and tendency. On this basis, using questionnaire surveys and special interviews conducted in local early childhood education institutions, the parents’ cognition of children’s sports and the status quo of children’s physical exercise habits are mastered. Based on this, open parent guidance and consultation centers in the region to provide parents with an education and consultation area to update the educational concepts of parents. At the same time, innovate multiple children’s sports outdoor exercise activities,according to the growth of children’s age, constantly modify the rules of physical exercise activities to increase the difficulty of exercise. While making children get close to nature and perceive nature in activities, ensure that the content of education can meet the needs of children’s physical and mental development.
