快乐引导理念下新时代体育训练模式的创新性研究

摘要 随着现代社会经济的发展,人们生活质量也得到了提升,越来越多的人希望通过参加体育运动获得身心的健康发展。但是,当前的体育运动方式难以满足人们的需求,体育训练模式单一、传统,令人感到枯燥乏味,导致参与者的兴趣逐渐降低,因此学者提出在新时代体育训练中加入快乐引导理念,即在快乐理念的引导下丰富体育训练模式。该文首先论述了快乐体育的内涵及特点,接着分析了快乐体育理念在体育训练中的重要意义,并对新时代体育训练模式进行了分析,揭示了体育训练过程中的不足;其次,说明了快乐引导理念在新时代体育训练中的重要意义;最后,阐述了在体育训练过程中践行快乐引导理念的实践策略,最终促进新时代体育训练模式的创新性研究。 With the improvement of modern social and economic level,people's quality of life has also been improved.More and more people hope to get physical and mental health development through participating in sports.However,the current sports mode is difficult to meet people's living needs.Sports training mode is single,traditional,boring,so that participants gradually reduce interest.Therefore,scholars propose to add the concept of happiness guidance to the sports training in the new era,that is,let the sports training enrich the sports training mode under the guidance of the concept of happiness.This paper first discusses the connotation and characteristics of happy sports,and then analyzes the significance of the concept of happy sports in physical training;Then it analyzes the sports training mode in the new era and reveals the deficiencies in the process of sports training;Secondly,it explains the significance of the concept of happiness guidance in sports training in the new era;Finally,it expounds the practical strategies of practicing the concept of happy guidance in the process of sports training,and finally promotes the innovative research of sports training mode in the new era.
