三人制篮球作为传统五人制篮球的衍生项目,在学校体育、大众体育中受到广大篮球爱好者的青睐,甚至从街头走向了亚运会乃至奥运会赛场,三人制篮球规则的完善性和运动员技战术特点及转变成为值得深究的问题。该文运用文献资料法、比较分析法以及录像观察法,深入探讨了三人制与五人制篮球在竞赛规则上的差异和变化,然后根据这些变化对应分析了运动员在参与三人制和五人制篮球赛时的技术、战术的特点和变化,并对参加三人制篮球比赛的运动员在日常训练及比赛过程两方面提出具有可操作性的建议。

Three-player basketball,as a derivative of traditional five-a-side basketball,is favored by the majority of basketball lovers in school sports and mass sports.It even went from the streets to the Asian Games and even the Olympic Games.The perfection of three-man basketball rules and the characteristics and transformation of athletes'techniques and tactics have become problems worthy of further study.This article uses the method of literature data,comparative analysis and video observation methods to deeply explore the differences and changes in the competition rules between three-player and five-player basketball.and then correspondingly analyzes the characteristics and changes of players'technology and tactics when participating in three-man and five-man basketball games according to these changes.It also puts forward operable suggestions on the daily training and competition process of the athletes participating in the three-man basketball game.
