老年人颈动脉内膜中层厚度与斑块和前列腺增生的相关性研究

Association of carotid IMT and atherosclerostic plaque with prostate volume in the elderly

目的探讨老年人动脉粥样硬化与良性前列腺增生(BPH)的相关性。方法收集2019年1—12月在解放军中部战区总医院就诊的146例老年BPH患者的完整体检资料,按前列腺体积(PV)大小分为PV>40 mL组(n=75)和PV≤40 mL组(n=71),分析颈动脉粥样硬化与PV的相关性以及影响PV的相关危险因素。结果PV>40 mL组受试者的体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)、血尿酸(SUA)、颈动脉斑块数目、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)明显高于PV≤40 mL组(P<0.05);相关分析显示PV与BMI、DBP、PSA、SUA、IMT、斑块数目显著相关(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示DBP、PSA、SUA、IMT是影响老年人的PV的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年人的前列腺体积与IMT呈正相关,IMT有望成为预测BPH患者PV增大的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the association of carotid IMT and atherosclerostic plaque with prostate volume(PV)in the elderly.Methods A total of 146 the elderly with integrated physical examination data in General Hospital of Central Theater Command from Jan to Dec 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to the diagnostic criteria of BPH,all subjects were divided into two groups:PV>40 mL group(n=75)and PV≤40 mL group(n=71).The difference of metabolic factors and PV between the two groups was compared,to analyze the correlation between carotid atherosclerostic plaque and PV,and determine the metabolic risk factors affecting prostate volume of retired army cadres.Results BMI,systolic blood pressure,DBP,PSA,and SUA in PV>40 mL group were significantly higher than those in PV≤40 mL group(P<0.05).The number of carotid atherosclerostic plaque and IMT were significantly higher than those in PV≤40 mL group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis result showed that PV was significantly correlated with BMI,DBP,PSA,SUA,IMT and the number of carotid atherosclerostic plaque(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that DBP,PSA,SUA and IMT were risk factors for PV in retired army cadres(P<0.05).Conclusion IMT is positively correlated with prostate volume in the elderly,and IMT may be one of the risk factors for BPH.
