摘要
提升旅游吸引力有助于提高图书馆旅游竞争力,促进图书馆文旅融合的持续发展。采用清晰集定性比较分析法分析携程网用户评论,提炼图书馆旅游吸引力要素的不同组态。结果表明,图书馆旅游吸引力受建筑环境、馆藏资源和管理服务等多种资源要素的组态影响,其中建筑环境和馆藏资源是影响图书馆旅游吸引力的核心要素;形象营销、管理服务和延伸服务对提高图书馆旅游吸引力有促进作用。图书馆可以通过明确旅游定位、完善核心要素、组建专业队伍等方式提升旅游吸引力。
Enhancing tourism attractiveness can help improve the competitiveness of library tourism and promote the sustainable development of library culture and tourism integration.The study uses crisp-set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA)to analyze user comments on Ctrip.com and refine different groupings of library tourism attractiveness factors.The research results show that library attractiveness is influenced by the grouping of various resource elements such as architectural environments,collection resources and management services,among which architectural environments and,collection resources are the core elements affecting library tourism attractiveness,and image marketing,management services and extension services have a facilitating effect on improving library tourism attractiveness.Libraries can improve tourism attractiveness by clarifying tourism positioning,improving core elements and forming professional teams.
