高效絮凝分级脱水装置的设计研究

摘要 针对复杂繁琐的煤泥水固液分离问题,提出并设计一种高效絮凝分级脱水装置,将射流混药、絮凝沉降、离心脱水、振动筛分处理工序有效结合在一起,实现一机多能,精简工艺流程,减少物料在不同设备之间流转需要的时间,提高选煤效率,适应自动化的生产需求,实现煤泥资源化利用,降低环境污染,并为选煤厂带来一定的社会效益和经济效益。 Aiming at the complex and tedious problem of solid-liquid separation of coal slurry,a high-efficiency flocculation and classification dehydration device is proposed and designed,which effectively combines the four treatment processes of jet mixing,flocculation and sedimentation,centrifugal dewatering and vibrating screening,aiming to achieve One machine with multiple functions,streamline the process flow,reduce the time required for the transfer of materials between different equipment,improve the efficiency of coal preparation,adapt to the needs of automated production,realize the utilization of coal slime resources,reduce environmental pollution and bring benefits to the coal preparation plant.
