医药产业技术创新战略联盟信任机制构建影响因素研究——基于博弈理论视角

Research on the influence factors of the trust mechanism about pharmaceutical industrial technology innovation strategic alliance——based on game theory

产业技术创新战略联盟作为一种协同创新组织形态,适合我国当前医药产业整体创新的需求。通过建立单次博弈、重复博弈支付矩阵,分析影响医药产业技术创新战略联盟信任机制构建的各种因素。分析结果表明,信息的完全性、博弈的次数及外部力量的大小是影响信任机制构建的关键,并据此提出了相应的对策建议。研究结果可为战略联盟稳定运行提供一定的借鉴。

As a cooperative innovation organization, the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation is suitable for the overall innovation circumstance of pharmaceutical industry in China. By establishing the payment matrix of single game and repeated game, this paper analyzes the factors in the construction of trust mechanism of technology innovation strategic alliance in pharmaceutical industry. The results show that the information completeness, the number of games and the size of external forces are the key to the construction of trust mechanism, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The results will provide some reference for the stable operation of strategic alliance.
