高职创新创业教育与现代学徒制融合机制构建

Establishment of Integration Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and Modern Apprenticeship System

高职创新创业教育与现代学徒制融合的前提是树立学习主体与社会市场主体融合的理念,以融合价值域为基础,平衡高职院校创新创业教育学术属性与职业属性,构建“双向驱动”式特色校企合作关系。基于健康的创新创业教育生态环境,助力政、校、行、企多元化协作高质量打造创新创业教育平台,最终形成区域经济发展与创新创业教育互相支撑转化的循环体系。基于此,提出理念互融共生、实践能动探索、融合能力提升、动力机制激励和生态环境营造的融合机制模型。

The premise of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and modern apprenticeship is to establish the concept of the integration of learning subjects and social market subjects,balance the academic and professional attributes of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges on the basis of the value domain of integration,and establish school-enterprise cooperation relationship with“two-way driving”characteristics.Based on a healthy ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship education,it will help governments,schools,industries and enterprises to build a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education platform through diversified collaboration,and eventually form a circular system in which regional economic development and innovation and entrepreneurship education support and transform each other.Based on this,this paper puts forward an integration mechanism model,which includes mutual integration and symbiosis of ideas,active exploration of practice,improvement of integration ability,motivation mechanism and ecological environment construction.
