摘要
现阶段,受新冠疫情影响,国内外经济形势严峻。现代学徒制校企合作是职业院校和企业联合培养人才,它对解决企业人才短缺难题,推动社会经济发展具有重要的作用。然而,现代学徒制校企合作在实施过程中依然存在诸如人才培养方案与企业需求、企业文化脱节,招生与实习就业愿景不吻合,“双导师”师资短缺等现实难题。调研分析后,提出构建全员、全要素、全过程的现代学徒制校企合作人才培养模式--“365策略”,来解决这些难题。
At the present stage,due to the impact of COVID-19,the economic situation at home and abroad is becoming more and more severe.As vocational schools and enterprises jointly cultivate talents,solve the problem of enterprises'talent shortage and promote social and economic development,the strong advantages of school-enterprise cooperation of modern apprenticeship are highlighted again.However,in the implementation process of school-enterprise cooperation of modern apprenticeship,there are still some practical problems,such as the disconnection between talent training program and enterprise demand and enterprise culture,the mismatch between enrollment and internship and employment vision,and the shortage of“double mentor”teachers.Based on this,after extensive interviews and surveys,the author puts forward the“three-six-five strategy”of talent cultivating mode based on school-enterprise cooperation of modern apprenticeship with full staff,all factors and the whole process to solve this problem.
