百万扩招视域下的高职教师专业发展:现实困境与推进策略

高职百万扩招开创了我国高等职业教育发展的新路径,引发了现代高职教育的大变革,为高职教师专业发展指明了新方向。当前,高职教师专业发展面临自我效能感降低、师资质量不高、学情分析不足、专业标准欠缺等现实困境,不符合百万扩招视域下的新理念、新品质、新知识和新能力的要求,应提升高职教师自我效能感,共育师资队伍,加强学情分析,健全专业标准,促进高职教师专业发展,推动我国高职教育内涵建设和外延发展。

The million enrollment expansion of higher vocational education has created a new path for the development of higher vocational education in China.It has triggered a great change in modern higher vocational education,and pointed out a new direction for the professional development of higher vocational teachers.At present,the professional development of higher vocational teachers is faced with the practical dilemma of low self-efficacy,low quality of teachers,insufficient analysis of learning situation and lack of professional standards,which does not meet the requirements of new concepts,new quality,new knowledge and new ability under the vision of million enrollment expansion.It is necessary to enhance the self-efficacy of higher vocational teachers,cooperate to establish the teaching staff,strengthen analysis of learning situation and improve professional standards,in order to promote the professional development of higher vocational teachers,promote the connotation construction and extension development of higher vocational education in China.
