摘要
在线学习力对在线学习效果具有重要影响。本文采用深度访谈、社会网络分析等研究方法,研究了影响医学生在线学习力的相关因素及其具体关系。研究结果显示,影响医学生在线学习力的主要因素是学习者本体特征、课程平台环境、教师特征和课堂教学4大因素。学习者本体特征是最为主要的因素;课程平台环境和课堂教学受到学习者本体特征影响的同时,两者之间也存在较高的相关度;教师特征对在线学习力的影响程度弱于其他3个因素。因此,建议关注学习者本体特征,增强课堂教学因素的直接影响力,注重课程平台环境,充分发挥教师的积极影响,从而提高医学生在线学习力。
Online learning ability has an important influence on the effect of online learning.This article uses research methods such as in-depth interviews and social network analysis to identify the relevant factors and specific relationships that affect medical students'online learning ability.The research results show that the main factors affecting medical students'online learning ability are the learner's ontological characteristics,course platform environment,teachers'individual characteristics and performance of classroom teaching.The learner's ontological characteristics are the most important factor.While the course platform environment and classroom teaching are affected by the learner's ontological characteristics,there is also a close correlation between the two;the influence of teachers'individual characteristics on the online learning is not so significant as compared to the other 3 aspects.It is recommended to pay attention to the characteristics of learners,enhance the direct influence of classroom teaching factors,optimize course platform environment,and strengthen teachers'capacity building,so as to improve the online learning ability of medical students.
