压力罐装可表面喷涂单组分聚氨酯泡沫的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂等配制成的组合聚醚(干白料)与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯在压力罐中制得预聚体混合物,再充入混合发泡剂制得压力罐装可表面喷涂单组分聚氨酯泡沫。讨论了聚醚多元醇种类、异氰酸酯指数(R)对预聚体混合物黏度及泡沫性能的影响,以及发泡剂种类对该产品喷涂工艺性的影响。结果表明:选择复合聚醚A且R值为8时,预聚体混合物黏度适中,为7900 mPa·s(25℃);采用二甲醚和丙烷混合物(质量分数分别为7.6%和10.1%)作发泡剂,罐内压力比较适中,为0.7 MPa(21℃);在施工工具胶枪(OCF用)枪头配置简易喷头,可以实现产品较好的表面喷涂效果。喷涂后形成的泡沫具有保温、隔热性能,用于需要方便施工、小面积使用及修补等场合,具有一定的应用价值。 A polyurethane prepolymer compound in a pressure pot was obtained by the reaction of polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate and the blend polyethers which prepared from polyether polyols,liquid flame retardant,catalyst,foam stabilizer,etc.Then the one-component polyurethane foam for surface spraying in pressure tank was prepared by filling foaming agent mixtures.The effects of the type of polyether polyols,isocyanate index(R)on the viscosity and foam properties of the prepolymer mixture,and the effects of the type of foaming agent on the spraying property of the product were discussed.The results showed that,when the complex polyether A was selected and the isocyanate index was 8,the prepolymer compound viscosity was moderate,which was 7900 mPa·s(25℃).When dimethy(w%,7.6)and propane(w%,10.1)were selected as the foaming agent mixtures,the pressure in the pressurized container was moderate,which was 0.7 MPa(21℃).When a suitable simple nozzle was arranged at the glue gun(for OCF)head of the construction tool,the good surface spraying effect could be realized.The foam processed by spraying had good properties of heat insulation,and had certain application value for convenient construction,constructing and mending in small area.
