摘要
以轨道车辆用聚氨酯胶黏剂固化物中挥发性有机物(VOC)的浓度为研究对象,考察了单一重点气味物质的浓度与嗅觉愉悦度的关系。研究表明,胶黏剂A和C固化1 d、7 d和21 d后的重点气味物质均为乙酸丁酯,而胶黏剂B固化1 d、7 d和21 d后的重点气味物质均为丙醛,乙酸丁酯和丙醛的愉悦度与臭气指数之间存在各自的关系式(二次多项式模型)。基于上述模型得到的3款胶黏剂固化1 d、7 d和21 d后的预测愉悦度与实际愉悦度结果偏差均较小(0~7.1%),说明该方法准确度高。此外,基于愉悦度与臭气指数2个参数乘积得到的干扰潜力结果,发现胶黏剂C干扰潜力始终最小,说明其嗅觉感官性能最优。本方法具有较好的实践指导意义。
Taking the concentration of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in cured polyurethane adhesive for rail vehicles as the research object,the relationship between the concentration of single key odor substances and olfactory pleasure was investigated.The results showed that the key odorants of adhesives A and C after curing for 1 d,7 d and 21 d were all butyl acetate,while the key odorants of adhesive B after curing for 1 d,7 d and 21 d were all propionaldehyde.There was a relationship between hedonic tone and odor index of butyl acetate and propionaldehyde(quadratic polynomial model).Based on the above two models,the deviation between the predicted hedonic tone and the actual hedonic tone was only 0~7.1%,which indicated that the method had high accuracy.In addition,based on the potential for annoyance results obtained by multiplying hedonic tone and odor index,it was found that the potential for annoyance of adhesive C was always the smallest,indicating that its olfactory sensory performance was the best.This method had good practical guiding significance.
