摘要
健康产业蓬勃发展,而健康服务与管理专业人才仍然存在较大缺口。本文主要阐述我国健康服务与管理专业人才教育现况,剖析了该专业教育现存问题,包括支持性环境缺乏、人才培养滞后、专业定位模糊和教师实践教学能力不足等,并提出增强宏观政策支持、创新人才培养模式以及强化实践教学等对策建议。
Health industry is on the way of rapid development,but there is still a big gap between health service and management professionals.In this paper,the current education situation of health service and management professionals in China were reviewed,and the existing problems were identified and analyzed.The problems include insufficient supporting environment,lagging talent training,vague professional orientation and insufficient practical teaching capacity of faculty,etc.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening macro-policy support,innovating talent training mode and strengthening practical training.
