乡村振兴背景下农家书屋服务效能提升策略研究

Research on the Service Efficiency Promotion Strategy of Rural Libraries under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农家书屋作为农村公共文化服务体系的组成部分,是最基层、最靠近农民群众的阅读场所,是乡村文化振兴中的重要力量。目前,农家书屋的发展仍面临区域发展不均衡、资源供给能力弱、专业人才缺乏等诸多问题,导致总体服务效能有待提高。相关部门应通过发挥总分馆作用、加快数字农家书屋建设、加强管理员队伍建设等策略,提升农家书屋的服务效能,促进农家书屋高质量发展,助力乡村文化振兴。

Rural libraries,as part of the rural public cultural service system,being theimportant force in the rural cultural revitalization,is the most basic and closest readingplace for the peanuts.At present,the development of rural libraries is still facing many problems,such as unbalanced regional development,weak of resource supply,lack of professional talents and so on,resulting the overall service efficiency to be improved.The Relevant departments,such as central and branch libraries,should play full roles in accelerating the construction of digital rural libraries,strengthening the construction of librarians and promoting the service efficiency of rural libraries.
