公共图书馆推动老年教育发展的实践探索——以文化和旅游部老年大学国家图书馆分校为例

The Practical Exploration on the Promotin of the Education for the Elderly by Public Libraries—Taking the National Library Branch of the University for the Elderly of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as an Example

公共图书馆作为具有社会性、公益性的文化殿堂,是现代公共文化服务体系中的重要组成部分,对推动老年教育发展,做好老年文化教育服务工作起着重要作用。通过结合文化和旅游部老年大学国家图书馆分校教育教学实践,分析当前公共图书馆举办老年大学遇到的困难,并从规范教材制度、建立教师学员评估机制、鼓励社会参与、注重智能技术培训、开展急救课程等方面对公共图书馆举办老年大学提出了建议。

Public libraries,as social and public cultural palaces,are an important part of the modern public cultural service system.They play an important role in promoting the development of education of the elderly and developing public cultural education services for the elderly.The article combines the education and teaching practice of the National Library Branch of the University for the Elderly of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,analyzes the difficulties encountered by the current public libraries in hosting the universities for the elderly,and makes suggestions for public libraries to organize universities for the elderly from the perspective of standardizing the teaching material system,establishing a teacher-student evaluation mechanism,encouraging social participation,focusing on intelligent technology training and carring out of first-aid courses,etc.
