摘要
针对技术成熟度较高的涡轮式压缩机泄漏失效问题,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、维氏显微硬度仪等技术手段,对泄漏部位进行分析.结果表明:泄漏部位为压缩机引线铜管,铜管泄漏失效机制为疲劳失效;泄漏失效原因为压缩机引线铜管材质硬度过高,不适宜再次机械加工,并且机械加工工艺与铜管硬度不相适应.
Aiming at the failure of turbo-compressors with relatively high technological maturity,the leakage positions is analyzed by the optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer and vickers micro-hardness tester.It is determined that the failure site is the compressor lead copper tube.The failure mechanism of the copper tube leakage is fatigue failure.The cause of the leakage failure is that the compressor lead copper tube material is too hard,which is not suitable for re-machining and the mechanical processing technology is not compatible with the hardness of the copper tube.
