端羟基聚丁二烯改性聚酯的结构性能研究

摘要 将端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)吸氧剂与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)在双螺杆中进行反应挤出共聚,进行共聚反应,合成具有吸氧性能的改性PET,并将其与PET按一定质量比共混,进一步采用单层挤出、双向拉伸制备具有吸氧性能的改性PET膜。探讨了HTPB含量对改性PET的相对分子质量、流动性能和阻隔性能等的影响,以及HTPB含量对改性PET膜的阻氧性能的影响。结果表明:随着HTPB含量的增加,改性PET的特性黏数和数均相对分子质量逐渐增加,熔体流动性能下降,单位时间吸收氧气的体积逐渐增加;环境温度40℃时,改性PET的阻隔性能较好;改性PET膜的透气量随着HTPB的含量增加而降低,其中HTPB质量分数为1.0%的改性PET膜的透气量降低幅度最大约71.9%,对氧气的透过具有良好的抑制作用。 Hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)oxygen absorbent and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)were exposed to twin-screw reactive extrusion copolymerization to synthesize modified PET with oxygen absorption properties,which was blended with PET at a certain mass ratio to produce a modified PET film with oxygen absorption property by single-layer extrusion and biaxial stretching.The effects of HTPB content on the relative molecular mass,fluidity and barrier properties of the modified PET were discussed,as was the effect of HTPB content on the oxygen barrier properties of the modified PET film.The results showed that the intrinsic viscosity and number average relative molecular mass of the modified PET gradually increased,the melt fluidity decreased,and the volume of oxygen absorption per unit time gradually increased with the increase of HTPB content;the barrier properties of the modified PET was relatively good when the ambient temperature was 40℃;and the air permeability of the modified PET film decreased with the increase of HTPB content,and the air permeability of the modified PET film with 1.0%HTPB by mass fraction decreased by about 71.9%,indicating a good inhibitory effect on the transmission of oxygen.
