摘要
以精对苯二甲酸、1,4-丁二醇为原料,通过加入不同含量的聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)制得一系列热塑性聚醚酯(TPEE)弹性体。采用毛细管流变仪和旋转流变仪,对不同PTMEG含量的TPEE弹性体流变性能进行了研究。结果表明:TPEE弹性体为假塑性非牛顿流体,非牛顿指数(n)均高于聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),且随着PTMEG的加入量增加,n值呈逐渐增大的趋势,熔体更接近牛顿流体的行为,黏流活化能逐渐变小;同时,PTMEG的加入使TPEE弹性体的储能模量(G′)增加,损耗模量(G″)减小,加入PTMEG后的TPEE弹性体的G′均高于PBT,G″均低于PBT;与PBT相比,TPEE弹性体的黏度对温度的敏感性较低,具有更好的加工性能。
A series of thermoplastic polyether ester elastomers(TPEE)were synthesized by using purified terephthalic acid and 1,4-butanediol incorporated with different amounts of polytetrahydrofuran(PTMEG)as raw materials.The rheological properties of TPEE elastomers with different PTMEG content were studied with capillary rheometer and rotary rheometer.The results showed TPEE elastomer was a pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid,and the non-Newtonian index(n)was higher than that of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)and increased gradually with the addition of PTMEG,meanwhile the melt was closer to the behavior of Newtonian fluid,and the viscous flow activation energy decreased gradually;the addition of PTMEG increased the storage modulus(G′)and decreased the loss modulus(G″)of TPEE elastomer;TPEE elastomer had the higher G′and lower G″than PBT after the addition of PTMEG;as compared with PBT,TPEE elastomer had the viscosity less sensitive to temperature and hence acquired better processability.
