超细玻璃纤维棉的研究进展

摘要 介绍了超细玻璃棉的制备工艺技术,其制备工艺技术有离心喷吹技术、火焰喷吹技术、气流成网技术、湿法成毡技术等,当前以离心喷吹技术和火焰喷吹技术为主。重点介绍了超细玻璃棉制备过程中用到的黏结剂,并对黏结剂的种类、使用技术及其对超细玻璃棉性能的影响进行了阐述。从超细玻璃纤维直径的细化、黏结剂改性、与第三组分复合方面综述了超细玻璃纤维棉的改性状况。指出从优化超细玻璃纤维棉毡的制备工艺、复合方式等方面进一步改进超细玻璃纤维棉毡的组分和微观结构,以提升超细玻璃纤维棉毡的阻隔性能。 The preparation technology of ultrafine glass fiber cotton was introduced,including centrifugal injection technology,flame injection technology,air mesh technology,wet felt technology and so on.Centrifugal injection technology and flame injection technology are more widely used.The binders used in the preparation of ultrafine glass fiber cotton were introduced,and the types and application technology of binders and their influence on the properties of ultrafine glass fiber cotton were summarized.The modification of ultrafine glass fiber cotton was reviewed from the aspects of thinning the diameter of ultrafine glass fiber,modifying the binders and compounding with the third component.It was pointed out that the composition and microstructure of ultrafine glass fiber cotton felt should be further improved by optimizing the preparation process and composite mode of ultrafine glass fiber cotton felt,so as to improve the barrier performance of ultrafine glass fiber cotton felt.
