摘要
为解决巷道掘进效率和开采效率不匹配所导致煤矿生产效率低下的问题,以431301工作面为例在研究其地质条件及岩层性质的基础上,对巷道的布置方式通过数值模拟方式进行综合分析采用挑顶层位的巷道布置方式;同时,对巷道的掘进方案和支护方案进行设计以保证巷道掘进的效率和安全性。通过实践表明,生产所设计的掘进方案对应的掘进效率为传统掘进方案的3倍。
In order to solve the problem of low productivity in coal mines caused by the mismatch between roadway boring efficiency and mining efficiency,the 431301 working face is used as an example to study the geological conditions and nature of the rock layer,and the roadway layout is analyzed by numerical simulation to adopt the roadway layout of picking the top level;at the same time,the roadway boring scheme and support scheme are designed to ensure the roadway boring The design of the tunneling scheme and the support scheme to ensure the efficiency and safety of the tunneling.Through practical surface,the production of the designed tunneling solution corresponds to three times the efficiency of the traditional tunneling solution.
