摘要
矿山空压机的合理选型是保证井下压风自救系统和风动设备正常运行的关键,以小庄煤矿压风系统为研究背景,通过理论分析和理论计算对空压机选型设计展开研究。研究结果表明:井下压自救系统人员和风动设备需风量达74.6m^(3)/min,确定选用LG-65/8G型风冷螺杆式空压机,适配主管径Φ325 mm、支管径Φ108 mm,现场应用压风系统可供风量达186.5 m^(3)/min,满足井下压风及未来发展需求。
The reasonable selection of mine air compressor is the key to ensure the normal operation of underground pressurized air self-help system and wind-driven equipment.Taking the pressurized air system of Xiaozhuang coal mine as the research background,the research on the selection and design of air compressor is carried out through theoretical analysis and theoretical calculation.The results of the study show that the air volume required by the personnel and wind-driven equipment of the underground pressurized self-help system is 74.6 m^(3)/min;the LG-65/8G air-cooled screw air compressor with the main pipe diameter Φ325 mm and branch pipe diameter Φ108 mm is selected;the air volume available for the pressurized air system in the field application is 186.5 m^(3)/min,which meets the requirements of the underground pressurized air and future development.
