一种施工升降梯操作室的研究与设计

针对施工升降梯操作室在高空作业时,会伴随着高空坠物击穿操作室、操作失误使操作室内的人员受到伤害等安全隐患,拟设计了一种施工电梯操作室。该操作室在厢体顶部和底部采用双层中空的方法,并设计专门的通风、排水、视野窗系统,保证操作室的工作安全,提高驾驶员的操作性,方便驾驶员控制施工升降梯的运行,具有结构简单、安全可靠、安装和日常维护方便、检修相对容易等特点。

The construction elevator operation room is accompanied by safety hazards such as falling objects piercing the operation room and operation errors causing injuries to the personnel inside the operation room when operating at height.Therefore,in response to this situation,a construction elevator operation room is proposed to be designed with a double-layer hollow method at the top and bottom of the compartment,and special ventilation,drainage and vision window systems are designed to ensure the work safety of the operation room,improve the operability of the driver,and facilitate the driver to control the operation of the construction elevator,which has a simple structure,safe and reliable,installation and daily maintenance.The design has the features of simple structure,safe and reliable,convenient installation and daily maintenance,and relatively easy maintenance.
