摘要
针对选煤机排料系统的刮板易出现磨损、弯曲等问题,通过对刮板结构、受力情况进行详细分析,并提出了相应的优化设计方案。仿真结果表明,该设计方案可满足煤矿安全高效的生产需求,对实际生产中的刮板结构设计有一定应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of wear and bending of the scraper in the coal separator discharge system,a detailed analysis of the scraper structure and force situation is carried out,and a corresponding optimized design scheme is proposed.The simulation results show that the design scheme can meet the demand of safe and efficient production in coal mines,and has some application value for the design of scraper structure in actual production.
