摘要
为保障掘进机高效作业,保证后架在掘进中具有较好的结构性能至关重要。基于此,在分析EBZ160A型掘进机及后架的结构性能基础上,通过建立仿真模型开展了对后架结构性能的研究工作,得出:后架的左右电控箱尾端、中部的泵站支架出现了一定的应力集中及结构变形,其结构性能相对薄弱,极易导致其结构出现较为严重的结构变形或结构开裂现象,故从多个方向提出了对后架结构的改进措施。
In order to ensure efficient operation of roadheader,it is crucial to ensure high structural performance of rear frame in roadheading.Based on this,based on the analysis of the structural performance of EBZ160A roadheader and rear frame,the research work on the structural performance of rear frame was carried out by establishing simulation model,and it was concluded that:the rear frame has certain stress concentration and structural deformation at the end of the left and right electric control box and the pump station bracket in the middle,and its structural performance is relatively weak,which will easily lead to more serious structural deformation or structural cracking.Therefore,the improvement measures for the rear frame structure are proposed in several directions.
