摘要 为提升重型卡车运输安全可靠性和燃油经济性,以重型卡车H08型传动系统为研究对象,在分析其需求的基础上,主要对传动系统的传动比的分配、变速器的结构形式、挡位数量以及各级参数进行设计,最后,基于ROMAX软件对所设计的传动系统进行仿真分析,验证其在1挡和R挡严苛工况下轴的变形,得到了理想的应用效果。 In order to improve the performance of heavy truck transportation safety and reliability and fuel economy,the transmission system is mainly used as the research object.On the basis of analyzing the demand of H08 heavy truck transmission system,the parameters of transmission ratio distribution,structure form of transmission,number of gears and parameters of each level are mainly designed,and finally,the designed transmission system is simulated and analyzed based on RMAX.Finally,the designed transmission system is simulated and analyzed based on ROMEX to verify its shaft deformation under the severe working conditions of 1st and R gears,and the desired application results are obtained.
