基于AMESim的三柱塞轴向柱塞泵的动态特性仿真

摘要 为研究三柱塞轴向柱塞泵的动态特性,在AMESim仿真软件中建立三柱塞轴向柱塞泵的虚拟仿真模型,通过仿真得出电动机在额定转速下柱塞的速度和位移特性曲线,以及泵的流量脉动、容积效率与曲轴转速的关系。研究结果表明,为了降低运动副的磨损,应合理选择柱塞速度;泵的容积效率受曲轴转速影响,故应将曲轴转速控制在合理范围内。 In order to study the dynamic characteristics of three-piston Axial Piston pump,a virtual simulation model of the Piston pump was established in AMESim.Through the simulation analysis,the characteristic curves of speed and displacement of plunger under rated speed of motor are obtained;and the relationship between the pump flow pulsation and the volume efficiency and the crankshaft speed is analyzed.The results show that,in order to reduce the wear of the sports pair,the plunger speed should be reasonably selected;the volumetric efficiency of the pump is affected by the speed of the crankshaft,therefore,the crankshaft speed should be controlled in a reasonable range in the choice of the speed.
