摘要
针对某型号悬臂式掘进机内管为研究对象,开展强度分析工作,采用在原内管管壁厚度基础上增加0.5 mm的措施完成内管结构的优化设计。应用结果表明,改进后截割臂内管的应用,提高了掘进机的可靠度,降低了故障停机时间和运行维护成本,减小了截割臂内筒过早出现磨损的情况,节省了的煤炭掘进成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
The strength analysis work is carried out for the inner tube of a certain type of cantilever roadheader,and the optimized design of the inner tube structure is completed by adopting the measure of increasing 0.5 mm on the basis of the thickness of the original inner tube wall.The application results show that the application of the improved cut-off arm inner tube improves the reliability of the roadheader,reduces downtime and operation and maintenance costs,reduces the premature wear of the cut-off arm inner tube,saves the cost of coal excavation,and generates more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
