矿井主通风机的技术改造及实施效果

摘要 为解决工作面不断掘进深入所引发的供风量不足和能耗严重的问题,在对主通风机运行现状分析的基础上,对工作面的需风量、负压等参数进行重新测算,完成主通风机型号的更换;采用高压变频器实现对主通风机的变频调速改造,并完成变频器的选型。最后,从风量、控制系统和工效三个层面对改造效果进行验证,取得理想结果。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient air supply and serious energy consumption caused by the continuous depth of the working face,based on the analysis of the current situation of the operation of the main ventilation fan,the parameters of air demand and negative pressure of the working face were remeasured and the replacement of the main ventilation fan model was completed;the high voltage inverter was used to realize the transformation of the main ventilation fan with variable frequency speed regulation and the selection of the inverter was completed.Finally,the transformation effect is verified from three levels of air volume,control system and work efficiency,and the ideal result is achieved.
