摘要
针对传统选煤工艺方案所存在的煤泥水分高、原煤泥化严重、分选效率低、稳定性差等缺陷,提出了主再选两段两产品重介旋流器分选工艺,同时对分级脱泥筛、压滤系统进行优化改造。根据实际应用表明,该选煤工艺方案使得分选效率比优化前提升了14.8%,产品中的水分降低了6.29%,产品中的灰分降低了0.71%,显著提升了选煤厂产品品质。
Aiming at the defects of the traditional coal separation process scheme,such as high moisture of coal slurry,serious mudification of raw coal,low separation efficiency and poor stability,the main re-election two-stage two-product heavy medium cyclone separation process is proposed,and the grading desliming screen and filter press system are optimized and modified.According to the practical application,the coal separation process solution has improved the separation efficiency by 14.8%,reduced the moisture in the product by 6.29% and reduced the ash in the product by 0.71% compared with that before optimization,which significantly improved the product quality of the coal processing plant.
