摘要 为解决原乳化液泵站在具体应用期间无法依据作业面具体情况进行供液,从而导致乳化液泵站在应用过程中设备遭受到严重破损,消耗大量能耗,对相关工作开展造成不良影响这一问题,应合理应用变频技术,针对矿用乳化液泵站智能化改造内容进行全面分析,以期对相关工作提供帮助。 In order to solve the problem that the original emulsion pumping station cannot supply liquid according to the specific conditions of the working surface during the specific application,which leads to serious damage to the equipment during the application of the emulsion pumping station,consumes a lot of energy and has a negative impact on the relevant work,frequency conversion technology should be reasonably applied,and the intelligent transformation of the mining emulsion pumping station should be comprehensively analyzed,in order to provide help to the relevant staff.The problem of loss and consumption of large amounts of energy has a negative impact on the relevant work.
