煤矿井下综采工作面监控系统方案设计

摘要 针对煤矿井下综采工作面现有监控系统存在的缺乏统一通讯标准、系统稳定性差、灵活性差的问题,设计基于CAN总线、TCP/IP通讯的综采监控系统方案。分析了该方案的系统设计、硬件设计以及软件设计。经实验室验证,该方案能够完成对综采工作面设备的监控,系统运行稳定,功能完善,达到监控要求,对综采工作面的智能化开采具有参考意义。 To address the problems of lack of unified communication standard,poor system stability and flexibility of the existing monitoring system of underground comprehensive mining working face in coal mines,the scheme of comprehensive mining monitoring system based on CAN bus and TCP/IP communication is designed.The system design,hardware design and software design of the scheme are analyzed.It is verified in the laboratory that the solution can complete the monitoring of the equipment of the heaving workface,and the system is stable and functional,which meets the monitoring requirements and has reference significance for the intelligent mining of the heaving workface.
