摘要
针对带式输送机运行过程中故障率高、人工巡检效率低、安全性差的不足,应用了一种新的带式输送机智能巡检系统,并对该巡检系统的智能巡检模式、数据传输模式等进行分析,同时还开发了一种新的无线巡检机器人,有效解决了有线巡检设备线束长、线束易缠绕的不足。根据实际应用表明,该智能巡检系统能够实现对输送带运行过程中的自动巡检,故障诊断方案灵活可靠,对提升输送机系统的运行稳定性和安全性具有十分重要的意义。
Aiming at the shortcomings of high failure rate,low efficiency of manual inspection and poor safety during the operation of belt conveyor,a new intelligent inspection system of belt conveyor is applied,and the intelligent inspection mode and data transmission mode of this inspection system are analyzed,and a new wireless inspection robot is also developed,which effectively solves the shortcomings of long wire harness and easy winding of wire harness of wired inspection equipment.According to the practical application,this intelligent inspection system can realize automatic inspection during the operation of the conveyor belt,and the fault diagnosis scheme is flexible and reliable,which is very important to improve the operation stability and safety of the conveyor system.
